Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the USA. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders (or you can edit this if you charge shipping).

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

5. Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. Cartzen is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
